University of Stuttgart successful in new federal-state funding program for digital teaching

Over four million euros for "Digital Teaching and Learning at the University of Stuttgart" project (digit@L)

With its individual application "Digital Teaching and Learning at the University of Stuttgart. BOOST.SKILLS.SUPPORT" (digit@L), the University of Stuttgart has acquired funding of approximately 4.3 million euros. These funds come from the "Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre" (Foundation for Innovation in University Teaching), which was newly established by the federal and state governments in 2020. Its first funding program, "Strengthening university teaching through digitization," aims to "innovatively develop, test and structurally anchor classroom teaching, blended learning and online teaching. In the digit@L project, the University of Stuttgart aims to support students in their individual learning process with digitally enriched teaching-learning formats and adaptive systems in the face of heterogeneous prerequisites over a three-year funding period.
