Module 1 Pedagogical and Psychological Knowledge for TVET focuses on teachers’ interdisciplinarity professional knowledge. They primarily deal with the characteristics of good teaching. Apart from the course book, the accompanying exercises enable a practical application or implementation of the contents.
The contents are gradually conveyed through a Blended Learning Arrangement. After an introduction of current theoretical-conceptualised basics and empirical research, practical working phases follow. That way, the teachers train their professional teaching perception by analysing third-party videos and their own.
