385 pages of concentrated section history: To mark the 50th anniversary of the Vocational and Business Education Section of the DGfE, a commemorative publication has recently been released, edited jointly by Karin Büchter, Volkmar Herkner, Kristina Kögler, Hugo Kremer, and Ulrike Weyland, and available HERE in open access from Barbara Budrich. The authors of the volume look at continuities and changes in the discipline and the section, and shed light on discourses, research, self-image, and professionalization issues in vocational and business education. An exciting look into the past that should also provide inspiration for future questions and challenges!
